Consciousness

Consciousness is a 3D string art which was designed with my personal method of stringing (3 -dimensional threads and animated visual).

This special method animates the shapes thanks to the movement of UV reactive thread placed mathematically in 3D.

 Consciousness was inspired from Animus (first Animated 3D string art) with a double 3D visual technique.

 A respect of the harmony of colours gives a strong coloured vision to Consciousness.

The original project design started in February 2021 and was finished during spring 2021. The total project took  nearly 4 months. 

The original model’s dimensions are 80cm * 80cm cm. It is composed of 22 wooden pieces, 720 holds (all holds are used) and 288m of threads.

Consciousness is an experimental design, that means that while designing and creating the original work, I made mistakes until I found the final version that satisfied me. It’s not for sale.

There is the possibility of renting the first sculpture for an exhibition, an art gallery or a museum, please contact me for more information.
